2. Processing Time: Just like a wizard brewing a potion, we need a bit of time to prepare your order. Our processing time is 10-14 business days. Since I do work a full time job, orders will mainly be processed on weekends. Please factor this in when planning your magical moments.

3. Shipping Time: The actual shipping time depends on the method you choose at checkout and your location. Once your order takes flight, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

4. International Shipping: We love making friends worldwide! For our international pals, please note that customs and import duties may apply. We can't control these extra enchantments, so be sure to check your local customs office for the lowdown.

5. Missing or Delayed Packages: If your package decides to embark on an unexpected detour or play hide-and-seek, fret not! Reach out to us at  DICheyanne@gmail.com, and we'll send out our search party to track it down.

6. Address Accuracy: Double-check that your shipping address is as accurate as a treasure map! We won't be responsible for parcels lost in the Bermuda Triangle of incorrect addresses.
